Notes
The above turnaround time refers to the Monday to Friday work week, and does not include Saturdays and Sundays
*The job has to be received by 10:00 PM EST on a given day and will be ready by 10 AM EST on the next business day
**The job has to be received by 5:00 PM EST on a given day to enter the work cycle for that day. Anything received after 5:00 PM EST will be processed as effectively having been received the next business day
**We guarantee that the transcript will be ready by 5:00 PM on the expected day of receipt
Pricing Assumptions
The page is formatted single spaced using Times New Roman 12 pt. font. This usually results in between 45 to 48 lines per page
Electronic transmission includes fax, email, and uploading the file through eDecree's online system
The hard-copy documents being mailed are copies of the originals
Postage for physical hard-copies to and from eDecree is paid by the client
Pricing exceptions
If the client requires a page to be formatted differently with respect to spacing and font size, the pricing will be adjusted to accomodate for this.
Payment Options
Pay per job by Credit card or Paypal: You can pay for every job one at a time by credit card or paypal
Pay by Account credit: You can purchase credit on your account and then pay directly from your account for each job instead of going through a credit card transaction for each job
