Pricing and Payments

Dial-In-Dictation Transcription Pricing (e.g. Memos, Insurance & Medical Dictation)

We provide you with a flexible pricing structure which gives you the opportunity to test out the service with minimal financial commitment. We have recently transitioned our pricing from per page to per recorded audio minute pricing to provide more predictability in the final price.

The above turnaround time refers to the Monday to Friday work week, and does not include Saturdays and Sundays

*The audio has to be received by 10:00 PM EST on a given day and will be ready by 10 AM EST on the next business day

**The audio has to be received by 5:00 PM EST on a given day to enter the work cycle for that day. Anything received after 5:00 PM EST will be processed as effectively having been received the next business day

**We guarantee that the transcript will be ready by 5:00 PM on the expected day of receipt

Pricing Assumptions

Audio is clear and of good quality with no echo or background noise

Pricing exceptions

If the audio quality is bad with excessive echo or background noise, a discretionary charge of 20¢/ minute will be applied. The client will be informed of this charge in advance of the transcription being processed

Payment Options

Pay per job by Credit card or Paypal: You can pay for every job one at a time by credit card or paypal

Pay by Account credit: You can purchase credit on your account and then pay directly from your account for each job instead of going through a credit card transaction for each job
