The above turnaround time refers to the Monday to Friday work week, and does not include Saturdays and Sundays

**The audio has to be received by 5:00 PM EST on a given day to enter the work cycle for that day.

Time stamps can be inserted at fixed intervals for an extra charge as follows: 30 second intervals - 10¢/ minute, 10 second intervals - 20¢/ minute

Pauses, umms, aahs and other such qualitative aspects of the audio can be inserted through the transcript for a charge of 20¢/ minute

If physical media or a streaming audio link is provided, a 20¢/ minute charge will apply to extract the audio

Pricing exceptions

If the audio quality is bad with excessive echo or background noise, a discretionary charge of 20¢/ minute will be applied. The client will be informed of this charge in advance of the transcription being processed

Payment Options

Pay per job by Credit card or Paypal: You can pay for every job one at a time by credit card or paypal

Pay by Account credit: You can purchase credit on your account and then pay directly from your account for each job instead of going through a credit card transaction for each job
